Client Spotlight: Morgan Financial

Morgan Financial prides itself on maintaining integrity and one of its specialties is Veteran Affairs (VA) loans. Owner and founder David Morgan spent a decade in the U.S. Air Force, so helping veterans like himself secure loans at a fair, affordable rate is personally important to him. He and his wife Yena started Morgan Financial 15 years ago, and their dedication has paid off; the company has grown tremendously over the years. However, as any business owner knows there is always room for growth. That’s where we Tight Line comes in!

One of the ways we are growing awareness for Morgan Financial is through a targeted TV campaign to hone in on their core demographic for convention mortgages. Based on research Morgan Financial has collected over the years, they understand who their target client is to a tee. [/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column][vc_column_text]To promote another service Morgan Financial offers, Veteran Affair (VA) loans, we created a geo-targeted campaign through social media. The great thing about digital advertising via social media is the fantastic targeting options available. To target the VA loan audience, we created a digital campaign focusing on veterans in Melbourne, FL. We shot a video of David Morgan, who explained how he got into the mortgage lending firm. The video captures the founder of Morgan Financial recounting how he got into the financial industry by helping a fellow Airman get a less expensive mortgage loan with a lower interest rate, and how this experience ignited his passion for the financial world.

Using this video along with a carousel ad, we are spreading the word about the Morgan Financial VA loans through digital Facebook advertising. Our digital media strategist, Stefani Angy, uses extensive targeting to hone in on the target audience, so the digital advertising budget is spent as efficiently as possible. Although the digital ads started very recently, Morgan Financial reported they are already receiving VA loan applications as a result.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_column_text]
